Agouti:
This is the most common colour variety. The hairs are grey at the tip followed by a brown stripe with grey under fur.
Blue Degu:
Blue degus either have completely grey fur or a darker grey tip.
Champagne Agouti:
The fur is the same as the agouti except the undercoat is a cream colour.
Black Degu:
Black degus are very rare and actually have dark brown fur.
Sand Degu:
Sand degus are quite uncommon and have a ginger coloured coat.
White Patched Degu:
These degus have a normal agouti coat but with white patches due to areas of skin with no pigment.
